2. Cancellation and refund policy (pricing page summary)

Price. The price shown is the total you pay for the period. No setup, cancellation, processing or currency fees. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is shown before you confirm.

Trial. 30 days with no charge. Before you start you see the last date to cancel and the date of the first charge. We email a confirmation straight away and a reminder 7 days before the trial ends, each with a cancel link.

How to cancel. Go to Account, Billing, Cancel subscription, then confirm, on the same site where you signed up. No call, no chat, no survey and no offer to sit through. You can also email support and we will cancel within one business day.

When cancellation takes effect. All future charges stop immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and can undo the cancellation before that date.

Automatic renewal. On by default and shown clearly at sign-up. Switch it off at any time in Account, Billing. Annual subscribers get reminders 25 days and 7 days before each renewal; monthly subscribers get a receipt with a cancel link every month.

First charge after the trial. Ask within 14 days for a full refund, for any reason.

Monthly plans. Cancel any time to stop the next charge. Part-months are not refunded.

Annual plans. Full refund within 30 days of any annual charge. After that, choose between keeping access to the end of the year or a refund for each full unused month.

Price changes. 30 days' email notice. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for, and if you are charged a new price you did not want, tell us within 30 days for a full refund.

When we always refund in full. Duplicate or mistaken charges, any charge after you cancelled, and the first post-trial charge if we failed to send your trial reminder.

Your data. Export your saved items and history any time, and for 90 days after you leave.

Your legal rights. Every consumer protection right you have by law applies in addition to this policy.
