Preview search
A preview returns three matching documents and a short cited answer. The rest of the count is shown, without the hidden titles. Repeating the same question uses the cached result.
Trial
The disclosure page states the total price, the calendar date and time to cancel by, the date of the first charge, and how to cancel. Both boxes start unticked. The card is taken up front and is not charged during the 30 days. One trial is available for each organisation.
Questions
Search is not capped. Questions are. A trial includes 50. Professional includes 150 a month and Team includes 1,500 shared across the organisation. At 80% you see a warning. A question that fails because the model request failed is not counted.
Cancel
Automatic renewal can be switched off at any time. Cancellation is two steps on this site. There is no survey and no offer to stay. Access continues until the period ends unless you choose to end it immediately.
Export
Answers export to Word or PDF. The account export is available while you have access, while access is suspended, and for 90 days after access ends. Cancellation and refunds
